Know your 'Beliefs' -- Be OPEN!

Our life and our career (which is a subset of our life) are like a river. Always moving ahead. On its way, it sometimes encounters steady flow ahead and sometimes with challenges in the form of rapids and falls. Just like the river we can't avoid any of these encounters. We have to face them, we have to judiciously approach them and take appropriate decisions to manoeuver them in the best possible way. It is here that our personal 'beliefs' guides us. But are we really aware about these?

It is really important to be aware about these because ...

• they make or break relationships in life and at work;
• they decide how we encounter different situations;
• they decide how we behave during various life encounters;
• they help us in deciding our way forward.

Apart from being aware about these, it is also important to share this with others. In a world where everyone is wearing a mask, it will be a privilege to be an open book. This will help you to learn from everything and everyone at a time when others are either learning from their experience or feel that they already have all the answers.
