?KNOW … Your beliefs and assumptions!

Can someone ultimately know they're deep down core beliefs and assumptions (or presuppositions) they make about things in everyday life?

Let's start with assumptions:?

Feeling: “I get angry when I see or hear reports of Trump going to jail.”

Vs.

Reality: “I get angry when they talk of Trump getting charged.”

Though there are a few leftist media using Trump and Jail as clickbait, reality is he was not charged till April 2023. But do you see the?subtle differences in the statements above? The Feeling statement takes the Reality statement to an ultimate possible future event = assuming jail, and reacts accordingly. Whereas the Reality statement still trigger an emotional response, but is based on fact.

Now about beliefs:

Feeling: “They are lying!”

Vs.

Reality: “They are using evidence I don't like!” ? [? so it must be a lie]

?Is this not faulty logic? Just because it is evidence I don't like does that make it wrong or incorrect?

Is the evidence factual or not? Did I check? Have I ever asked myself why am I angry when I hear an anti-Trump message?

What if this is all about the fear of being wrong??

How does one identify their core beliefs?

The whole “my way of life is disappearing " message being spewed by right-wing media is right out of South Park’s, ‘They tuk ourrr Jeobs’ episode.
