Know "Venn" to skill

There are several theories floating on how the Dinosaurs became extinct. One early theory was that small mammals ate dinosaur eggs, thereby reducing the dinosaur population until it became unsustainable. Another theory was that dinosaurs’ bodies became too big to be operated by their small brains. Some scientists believed a great plague decimated the dinosaur population. Starvation was another possibility.
Clearly it seemed to be a case of NOT adapting to the changing environment.
So often we get too lead our corporate lives like dinosaurs in terms of skilling our selves and never realise when we become irrelevant.
I was casually circling the Venn diagrams on my skilling levels, skilling needs of my company and skilling demands in the market. I suddenly began mining insights on my skilling which set my thought process thinking.
Tried to generalise the same and create a picture for you.
Try placing your self in the same and checkout on where you stand. I hope there are some directional insights here.
Happy Skilling !!
As usual whatever I write here is up for debate !!!

7 å¹´The most common theory of dianosour extinction is an asteroid hitting the earth thereby blocking the sun and causing a nuclear winter.......what about such kind of catastrophic events happening in an organisation...what if you have your Venn in place and someone changes the universe
