Hello,
I hope you are looking forward to a good weekend, permit me to share with you an inspiring excerpt from the my latest book: Daily Positive Affirmations: The Self-Talk Therapy For Overcoming Challenges & Fear https://bit.ly/3RUUfCL
Do you know that you cannot effectively build healthy self-identity, self-image, and self-concept, without first embracing your Unique Identity?
This is because self-acceptance is the key to self-discovery and mastery.
In the words of Socrates, ''To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom.''
This brings me to my next point, nobody can denigrate or devalue you without your permission because you become whatever label you have accepted to be true regarding your self-identity; whether good or bad.
This is because your self-image will inevitably create your self-identity, influence your self-esteem, and become your self-fulfilling prophecy.
Moreover, we live in a world that is constantly reminding us of our limitations but less about our unlimited potentials and uniqueness.
However, you need to understand that you were designed for success, branded for excellence, and empowered to accomplish a unique purpose because you were made in the image and likeness of the Monarch of the Universe.
The world is waiting to benefit from your limitless potential, unique identity, and talents.
I like what Oprah Winfrey said, "I have come to believe that each of us has a personal calling that's as unique as a fingerprint, that the best way to succeed is to discover what you love, and then find a way to offer it to others in the form of service, working hard and also allowing the energy of the universe to lead you."
Notwithstanding, if you have accepted any negative label regarding your self-identity, you would be limited by other people's opinions and will not be able to deploy your full potential due to self-sabotage.
Therefore, if you do not remind yourself of who you are, anyone can label you incorrectly, undervalue you and negatively influence your self-image to create an identity distortion.
However, you can only emerge as the Best Version of yourself by choice and not by chance.
And the best way to start that transformation is by reprogramming your mind through your Daily Positive Affirmations and Self-talk.
This is why I have written the Inspirational and Transformational Book:?? Daily Positive Affirmations: The Self-Talk Therapy For Overcoming Challenges & Fear https://bit.ly/3RUUfCL
The major reason the use of Positive Daily Affirmation and Self-talk Therapy is an essential daily habit is that it is the key to reprogramming the mind by deconstructing false paradigms, limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome, and negative self-image, and all forms of self-sabotage.
And then replacing them with empowering belief systems, new self-concept, and self-image that are congruent with your unique identity
As an illustration, let us look at the following statements:
Let the weak one redefine himself or herself as strong and mighty
Let the people labelled as a poor ethnic minority, redefine their identity as a rich and prosperous community.
Let the person labelled as foolish, redefine himself or herself as highly intelligent.
Let the person labelled as ugly, redefine himself or herself as very handsome, beautiful and amazing.
Let the person labelled as useless, redefine himself or herself as a useful and valuable masterpiece.
Let the person labelled as a failure, redefine himself or herself as a champion.
Let the person labelled as hopeless and worthless, redefine himself or herself as a treasure of inestimable value.
No one can ever succeed in life beyond the limitations of that person's belief system and self-identity.
Hence, inside my latest book, I go into detail on how to achieve your personal transformation and emerge as the Best Version of Yourself by understanding your Unique Identity and leveraging Daily Positive Affirmations and Self-talk.
I like what Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”
On this note, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this excerpt from my new Inspirational and Transformational Book.
