Common screen printing adhesion tests
Test method 1: Place a tape with an adhesive force greater than 5.3N/18mm on the printed pattern, flatten the tape and quickly tear off the tape, repeat on the same part three times.
Acceptance criteria: Observe the surface. The printed patterns should be clear and legible without peeling off.
Test method 2: Use an eraser with a vertical force of 500g, rub it back and forth with a stroke of 15mm, continuously for 50 strokes.
Acceptance criteria: Observe the surface. The wear and tear should not be visible, and the silk screen should be clear and distinguishable.
Test method 3: Anti-solvent tests
(a) Take 1ml of isopropyl alcohol solution, drop on the printed pattern. After 10 minutes, wipe the isopropyl alcohol solution with a white cloth.
(b) Soak a cotton ball or white cloth with 99% concentration alcohol solution, then wipe it back and forth 20 times on the pattern at a pressure speed of 1000g.
Acceptance criteria: The printed fonts or patterns should be clearly visible after wiping, and the color should not be tarnished or faded.
