KNOW YOUR BUSINESS NOT NO YOUR BUSINESS...
Yesterday I met with an account executive for an agency I do business with..The reason for our meeting is that I was not happy with the service I was receiving from his firm and was no longer going to do business with them...
Of course he get's paid on my business so he wanted to meet and find out why I was so unhappy...
What I found out is this person just started in the insurance business at a very advanced age.
He was not licensed, he had no idea he should have errors and omission insurance. Did not know even the basics of the process of getting a policy approved and yet he was in charge of my business for the past 8 months for his firm..
It's hard to fault someone who doesn't know what he doesn't NO...But this meeting fermented the reason why I will no longer work with this agency...
