Know the reality before judging any failure

Failure is a part of life and one needs to really take it very seriously in order to ensure that next time it won't repeat again. Every human being on this planet Earth would have or will be or would be failing at any point of time. Now that failure could a self made mistake or the one that happened due to some other unseen disturbances.

Hello everyone, I am Karthikeya from Hyderabad and worked for over 17 years in the fields of IT, HR and Training. My life has got many such failure stories and every single story has been teaching me a great lesson. The first failure started at school age where i failed to choose a right friend for my life. I don't usually believe if someone asks do you have a good friend or a bad friend. So, due to a wrong friendship, majority of my school days went wrong. Later part in 12th, I could correct it to an extent and could cope up with life. But again during my engineering days, at hostel i had a couple of friends who advised me in a different way. Without thinking whether I'm doing right or wrong, I drove away with that decision and later understood the mess that happened. It was irreparable

After I started my working, I had many such hurdles in my career. Though they were never so regular as hurdles, but they used to at the right time of some growth factor in life. These have become failures for the society. When we are working, it means we are equally supposed to take care of the family too. Now, when the family is not being supported, then there is not point of just working. 5 great opportunities in my life missed out and every time i fail, the people around me used to say that i was not knowing the value of the opportunity or I am not consistent in thinking about future.

The reason why I wanted to say this today is that due to corona and other reasons, my career graph dropped down from some where to no where and of course this happened with many in the society. But the only worry is that why people make some sudden and stupid judgements without knowing the facts around. When we are not ready to listen or know the reality, then that person doesn't have the right to question others.

Growing in life is always helping someone to move on the ladder upwards. I can say I am failure but still I earned something in life in the form of very few good people around me. And today if I am strong, its only because of my family and those few good people.

I am not a master in anything, I am not a great startup owner and I am not a great friend to many and especially due to my straightforwardness and being blunt, I make more enemies.

Finally, we need to remember that a champion cannot be the same for whole life, there are always ups and downs and its only through thorough practice and delivery one can attain the top position in life again. Positions are just for name sake and never let the heads grow harder or bigger just that we attained some position. When we earn a position, it means we have scope to help more people in life and lets start doing it n
