The 32-year-old resident of Kavadimatti village is our beneficiary, Smt. Shivaleela S Kavadimatti. She benefited from our initiative to teach people in solid waste management. This project helped to provide career prospects for locals under the Gram Panchayat level federation by offering SWM training to the recipients. This program led to an employment offer for her. Her work with the NGO has helped her family's financial circumstances. She is able to support her family and is self-sufficient.
