HISTORY AND CULTURE

In Bertioga is the Fort St. John. Built in 1547, it is considered the first fortress erected in Brazil. Today, it is a place destined to learn our history, involving children and adults in a pleasant visit, culminating with a beautiful view of the Bertioga Canal.
