Golf Tournament and Bike Ride on Sunday, October 27
Join fellow ELC participants for an exciting round of golf on the East Course at Hershey Country Club on Sunday, October 27 at 8:30 a.m. For more information on the East Course, please visit the Hershey Country Club website.
Join current and past ELC Presidents for a pre-conference bike ride. There are two courses this year, an 18.7-mile long course and a 9.4-mile short course. The long course will start at 11:00 a.m. and the short course at noon and will follow the Jonathan Eshenour Memorial Trail through Hershey neighborhoods and into downtown Hershey.

Women’s Empowerment Hour, Monday, October 28th from 4:00pm to 5:30pm (open to all conference attendees)
FWDthink will host a networking empowerment hour, featuring a discussion with multiple panels. Each panel will be led by a prominent host from government or industry. This will be a true fusion of influential women from government and industry ready to open up and have a focused conversation on the topics that matter most to us. This event will be off the record and no press will be present to ensure authentic engagement.

Disruption Through the Decades - Networking Monday, October 28 from 8:30pm to 11:00pm
The Monday night networking event is not to be missed! This costume-optional event will feature surprises from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. Join your colleagues to celebrate Partners who have become Fellows, have fun in the 360 Photo Booth, and dance through the decades.

Government-to-Government Breakfast, Tuesday, October 29 from 8:00am to 9:00am (open to all government employees)
The Government-to-Government Breakfast will be an opportunity for leaders from many agencies to meet and discuss technology-related topics that are critical to delivering an optimal customer experience. This breakfast is closed to the press and open to government attendees only.

ACT-IAC Gives Back Event
ACT-IAC Gives Back will be hosting a volunteer event from 2-4pm on Sunday, October 27th at Imagine Nation ELC 2024. Our group will be volunteering at Cocoa Packs. Cocoa Packs is a weekly program that provides food assistance and other services, with love and care, to improve the physical and emotional well-being of children from birth to 18 years of age.

Mission: Cocoa Packs provides supplemental food and other support to local children in need to improve their overall well-being.
Vision: A world where all children have what they need to succeed.
Activity Tasks: We will be assisting the Cocoa Packs warehouse and clothing closet with their annual coat drive and inventory, as well as a variety of other things they need to do for their programs.
Location: 1016 Old W. Chocolate Ave. Hershey, PA 17036 (just a 5 minute drive from Hershey Lodge). Please arrive at this location no later than 2pm to begin volunteering.

Parking
If you are not staying at the Hershey Lodge, the easiest place to park is in the lot just outside the convention center entrance (see below) for the Lodge. Event registration will be done directly through the convention center doors and plenary sessions will be held in the Great American Hall.
