Not simply an Order Taker - but someone who will work to make deals happen? Of course they MUST have a professional office - be properly licensed, have an established website and have been writing home loans for at least 4 years.
The proposition I have is to Partner Up - helping Home Owners with 30 year mortgages become debt free in under 10 years. In a past life I designed financial products for Insurance Companies, Investment Banks and Retail Banks.
In 1990 I introduced the concept of Mortgage Acceleration to Australia. It was not until 1997 that a Bank took the concept to the U.S. These days there are many copy cats promoting the concept - yet they have little idea of the real mechanics and how to optimize the process of rapid mortgage reduction.
Over the decades I have continued to refine and develop the concept further. The nuts and bolts are pretty well in the public domain now. Although originally the investment vehicle that was married with the home loan was Equities (Share Market Investments) - both pooled (managed) funds and share portfolios (centered on Financial Stocks - the Banks), these days the principal investment vehicle preferred is real estate (nice homes in nice areas).
Following corrections in Real Estate Markets it became appropriate to switch the focus of the investment component to property and leave the higher risk share markets alone. This approach has helped many Real Estate developers and agents sell more properties and the mortgage brokering industry has truly flourished.
One element of the original program which was inadequate and found out when the GFC hit the world in 2008 was the downside of all forms of investing. Since then refinements have been made to the early program with the development of a Real Estate Risk Management Strategy to insure against retreating markets - which can reduce and even eliminate potential losses for property investors. Note: Currently there are no competitors in the know regarding this vital component for today's turbulent investment markets.
This strategy does not protect the value of the home owners live in - as they are able to be self insured by being their own tenants. As long as there are persons able to pay the mortgage interest on your own home you are protected - provided you are prepared to stay living in your property until the storm clouds pass.
Having perfected the rapid home ownership program I am now looking for intelligent industrious Mortgage Brokers to Partner with in the better cities and states of America.
