Q: Greetings Keita!?We are already seeing the economic downturn impact our coaching business. I am not sure how we are going to weather this storm. What are some things we can do to get through this?
A.??I have three recommendations for times like this… We will definitely experience it multiple times in our lifetimes.?My first bit of advice is to closely manage your expenses right now.?When things slow down, we have to take control of what goes out.
Secondly, review your offer.?Coaching clients want to feel loved, and they want results.?Make sure your program offers both of those things.?Adding another layer of accountability can make a difference here.
Finally, track your numbers.?It may take more leads and more consult calls to get new clients.?You are in control of knocking over that first domino, being consistent, and offering a world-class experience. I hope this helps.
