Time is heading where manager need to be flexible and compassionate to give people the freedom to make choices about when they work, how they work and where they work and with whom they work.
As a founder of a company I always believe to perceive as much as value I can or contributes value without worrying about what I receive in return ?
Very well written. Freedom to make choices should be for real. This brings out various alternative solutions of a problem because of the culture, a company imbibe in an employee.
