Knightsbridge Awarded 2022 VA Governor's Housing Award - Best Housing Preservation

Knightsbridge Apartments in Arlington was recently awards the 2022 Virginia Governors Housing Conference Award for Best Housing Preservations/Revitalization Effort. ZA+D was the Architect for the project and was delighted to be part of the reception and acceptance of the award with our Client, Wesley Housing.

Outgoing CEO Shelley Murphy comments in the video below about all the attributes of the project that made it stand out.

We possess expertise with new construction as well as the renovation, rehabilitation, and adaptive re-use of existing structures, including those of historical significance.
