Knightsbridge Advises in the Sale of City Printing

Offering a range of printing services, City Printing is a well-established business with a good reputation. The business was recently sold to a new owner with support from Knightsbridge.

The original owner approached Knightsbridge with the sale of their business based on their plans to facilitate their retirement. 20 meetings took place, resulting in four offers from potential acquirors. City Printing was acquired by Spencer Lee, who plans to continue the growth of the business.
