Have you ever found yourself saying, “I love you, but it’s ruining my life,” when it comes to your partners? (Sorry, we couldn’t help but include a reference to “The Tortured Poet’s Department.”) It can happen to the best of us.???

In all seriousness, sometimes partners and partner programs fall short of expectations. That said, sometimes those expectations could be clearer or more informed. Measuring your partners' success and your partner program’s overall effectiveness is critical for revenue calculations. It’s also essential to helping you and your teams understand where to focus your time, energy, and resources.???

This issue, we’ve provided you with content that will help your organization learn just how effective your partner program is at two levels: overall and individual. First up, you’ll find a blog by the Knack team that gives you a peek into the partner program maturity model that we reference with our clients and you can use as a guide to evaluate your own program.
