In The Kitchen With Peteet's Famous Cheesecakes

Our very own Jimmy the Chicken Guy has picked Peteets Famous Cheesecakes for this week's #NationalChickenMonth spotlight!

Jimmy's notes:

Patrick started his cheesecake bakery 13 years ago. It truly is a family affair, as all of the staff are family members!

Patrick and Sharise came up with the idea to introduce crispy chicken sandwiches, fried catfish sandwiches, and fried green tomato bites in their bakery on the weekends. This concept developed during a nearly one year closure of the bakery (due to a fire in 2021). They're hoping to roll this hot side menu out in early 2024!

Patrick and Sharise spent 4 hours with us recently! It was a fantastic opportunity to get to know them better, and be able to test their products. We even tested out fresh sweet potato fries on the fly during the demo, which they now will add to their menu!

All I can say is, they will do fantastic with this program! The recipes are delicious, and this is one of the most hard working families I know. Sharise has a ton of restaurant and catering experience. She is a lightning bug in the kitchen! It's no wonder the wholesale cheesecake side is such a success.
