Kishore J - My name is Kishore, and my story is one of transformation and empowerment, all thanks to my journey with Talent Quest for India (TQI). Hailing from a village near Ambur, my upbringing was humble yet filled with aspirations for a better future. My educational journey led me to pursue a B.Tech in Pharmaceutical Sciences after a twist of fate during my college admission process. Today, I find myself thriving as a CDC 2 at Icon Clinical Research in Chennai, all thanks to the pivotal role TQI played in shaping my life.

My entry into TQI was serendipitous, driven by a desire to make a difference and explore beyond the confines of a classroom. It was during a class session facilitated by a staff member from Anna University, Trichy, that the seeds of TQI were planted in my mind. His encouragement to actively participate in events and cultural activities resonated deeply with me. Thus, when TQI made its debut at our college, I didn't hesitate to join, despite facing initial setbacks in the interview process.

From the moment I joined TQI in 2019, it became my driving force, igniting a passion for social impact and personal growth within me. Through various initiatives and interactions with students, guided by my seniors, I learned invaluable lessons in leadership, communication, and teamwork. The impact of TQI wasn't limited to academic learning; it transformed me into a more confident individual, equipping me with essential corporate skills even before stepping into the professional world.

One of my most cherished memories with TQI was organizing a joint event with volunteers from different zones, transcending regional boundaries to represent Paavai TQI as a united front. This experience epitomized the sense of camaraderie and unity fostered by TQI, leaving an indelible mark on my journey.

As I progressed through my college years, TQI continued to shape my path, culminating in my role as a mentor and eventually, the finance lead for the entire organization. TQI wasn't just an extracurricular activity; it was a family that nurtured and supported me every step of the way.

Reflecting on my journey, one unforgettable moment stands out - my encounter with a student, whose aspiration is to become like APJ Abdul Kalam despite facing challenges deeply touched my heart. Through TQI, I was able to advocate for his needs, ensuring he received the support he deserved. It's moments like these that remind me of the profound impact TQI has on individuals' lives, including my own.

Beyond personal growth, TQI also provided me with invaluable connections and opportunities, such as interacting with Pradeep Anna who is a TQIan and now working with Director Lokesh Kanagaraj Sir. His willingness to engage with me, despite his busy schedule, underscored the unwavering support and solidarity within the TQI community.
