Ink fluency test

Test the fluency of ink through various types of nozzles, and repeatedly adjust the waveform to make the ink reach the quality required by customers. Avoid ink breakage and ink flying problems during the production process.

Ink adhesion test

The ink is made into a grid pattern with a hundred-grid knife, cut and penetrated, to evaluate the resistance of the ink to separation from the substrate, to ensure the firmness of the work in different materials and a higher coloring rate.

Ink friction test

Use "dust-free cloth, rubber, steel wool" on the fixing force to rub the surface of the ink to observe whether there will be color fading, as well as serious color fading. Solve the problem of ink surface wear and discoloration when the product is stored and squeezed.

Ink alcohol test

By rubbing the surface of the ink with alcohol on the fixing force, the alcohol resistance performance level of the ink is evaluated and the customer can choose the corresponding ink.

Ink gloss test

Through the lens transmittance measuring instrument to detect the ink transmittance, improve the embossing effect and opaque performance of product printing, and satisfy customers

Ink hardness test

By using the pencil hardness meter to measure the surface hardness of the ink, the hardness level of the ink can be evaluated, and the corresponding material can be used to help customers choose the right ink for their products.

Ink color test

Detect the surface brightness of ink through GLOSSMETER, and use BARBIERI tool to make the most suitable ICC curve of ink, so as to realize the color effect required by different products and make perfect printing effect.
