Kingda WN series dredging pumps include WN, WND (low head) and WNQ (submersible). The WN series dredging pump is a new type of Slurry pump developed by Kingda for dredging and filling in rivers, lakes and seas.

At present, WN series dredging pumps have successfully supplied Chinese 80m3/h, 100m3/h, 120m3/h, 200m3/h cutter suction dredgers, 350m3/h bucket wheel and cutter suction dredgers, 500m3/ h cutter suction dredger provides nearly one hundred dredging pumps. In 2006, Kingda successfully equipped China's largest 1000WN dredger pump for the Shanghai Waterway Bureau's 13,500m3/h trailing suction dredger, and received good economic and social benefits.

Simple and Reliable Structure:
200WN - 500WN type dredging pump adopts a single pump casing, single-stage single-suction cantilever horizontal structure. According to the connection method with the gear box, two typical structures are available, namely the self-contained bracket type and the pump box integrated type. The bracket type lubrication method is grease lubrication or thin oil lubrication.
600WN - 1200WN type dredging pump adopts double pump casing, single-stage single-suction cantilever horizontal structure. Comes with bracket and lubrication method is thin oil lubrication. The design of the double pump casing is safe and reliable, so that the sheath can be used until it is almost worn out, and when the sheath breaks, water will not enter the pump room.

Easy to maintain and disassemble
WN dredging pump is easy to disassemble and assemble, and easy to maintain. At the same time, according to the structural characteristics of each component, special disassembly and assembly tools are equipped to facilitate disassembly and assembly.
The impeller and shaft are connected by a standard four-head trapezoidal thread, which can transmit powerful torque and is easy to disassemble and assemble. At the same time, there is an impeller disassembly ring on the shaft sleeve to facilitate the disassembly of the impeller.
Good wear resistance and long service life of over-current parts
The impeller, sheath, and front and rear guards (wear-resistant lining plates) of the WN dredge pump are made of strong anti-wear alloy cast iron with a hardness of not less than 58HRC. It has strong impact resistance and a high degree of abrasion resistance. . The A31 material recently developed by Kingda has a hardness of up to 70HRC.
In the product design process, full consideration is given to the matching service life of components, and the replacement cycle of wear-resistant parts is basically the same, reducing maintenance and replacement costs.
