Hell, did you ever try to disagree with your doctor, even on something small?
Most of them take offense if you question anything they say because their ego is so big that it's difficult for them to understand that they might not be 100% right.?
Because to be great at anything, you need to believe that you are destined to be great, and that you were destined to be successful in whatever it is that you're pursuing.?
Because the consistency of your pursuit is one of the main determining factors in how successful you'll become.?
If one of your goals is to grow your business, you need to work your ass off in a smart way, consistently. Not 3 or 4 days a week, not 5 days a week and then taking weekends off.?
In the beginning and during growth phases, you need to be thinking about ways to increase the number of people who hear your message, the number of people who see your offer, and the number of people who become customers.
You also need to be thinking about ways to increase your customers’s love of doing business with you so they keep doing business with you and refer their friends.

I’m not saying you need to work 7 days a week, but to be great, your goals need to be on your mind all the time, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.?
The only way to have that kind of consistency in your life is to believe you are determined to be successful, which requires an ego.?
But there's another piece of the puzzle that you absolutely need in order to be successful.?
And that's the help of others.?
You need a team of people who will support you and help you grow.
People who share the same vision as you and are passionate about building something with you.?
Which means you need to balance your ego with humility; otherwise, nobody's going to be on your team, and you'll never reach any real level of success.
