With the Commonwealth Games fast approaching, one of the lasting legacies of the games will be the Commonwealth Walkway. The Commonwealth Walkway is a 10 kilometer walk from Southport to Evandale and visits 37 points of significance. The Gold Coast City Council has put together a great website that covers all you need to know and you can download a Walkway Passport, Walkway Guide and the Walkway Map. Click on the image below for all the details and get your walking shoes on.

This time next week the GC will be all revved up for the 2017 GC600 with practice starting Friday week followed by the main race days Saturday and Sunday. If you need more info click on the below image for the official website.

 This Weekend's Open Homes...

As mentioned last week, if you are in the market for a big villa in one of the best streets in Main Beach, you should take a look at 1 ‘Villa Roma’ / 38 Hughes Avenue. With a makeover, this large two level villa would make a great family home for those looking to nest or for the investor/speculator looking for a ‘project’ with some upside. This property is available for private inspections at anytime that suits your schedule, just give me or Roxy a call.

My colleague Mashelle Jones and I have a new listing The Inlet. Apartment 17c has just come onto the market this week for the first time in many years. Inspections are by appointment only at this stage, see below for an exclusive sneak peek...

Have a safe and happy weekend!
