Accumulated, non burnt particles and/or ash create a “micro-climate” with an aggressive atmosphere for the refractory.

1. Added weight of KC

2. Added load on KC pusher - early failure / higher maintenance / premature breakdown.

3. Attacks / Corrodes Refractory

4. Reduces product quality

5. Causes expansion of KC

Lowers life of KC

Increases thermal load

Decreases the TK Effeciency with increased Fuel consumptions

Decreases air exchange volume. ( clogged via ducts)

Poor quality and higher COP (cost of production)
