As a kid we were taught to fit in, but as an adult.... Being different is an advantage. That's why I like NFT!
Feel the NFT zen, meet a Chubbicorn and my NFT brand

As a kid we were taught to fit in, but as an adult.... Being different is an advantage. That's why I like NFT!

As a kid, I felt that I was never good enough. That underlying insecurity of self-worth pushes me to be more thoughtful, curious, and opportunistic.?

That's why I like entering new trends and emerging technology. It allows me to gain an advantage over my competitors. For example, when video first came out on LinkedIn, I doubled down and uploaded videos daily. By doubling down on the algorithm, I gained hyper-attention, and an audience of 50,000 followers.?

I'm also a geek that lives in the future; I like new tech. NFT (Non-Fungible token) allowed me to intersect community, branding, and innovation. It's been over a year since I established Chubbiverse as a brand. Using no-code, and uploading 250 derpy and super cute chubby unicorns onto OpenSea, we created Chubbicorns. This lead up to building Chubbiverse and we sold out 8,888 in a half a day and generated $3 million in sales. It's been a crazy ride.

OpenSea is similar to eBay; it's a marketplace for NFTs. They generated?$14 billion?in trading volume in 2021

Learn about NFTs

I flew to New York to be part of a video series by OpenSea, we're educating the broader community about NFT. First, let me reinforce that anyone can upload art or memories onto a platform like OpenSea.?

If you're tired of explaining how crypto wallets or NFTs work, share them this resource - it's a 101 on NFTs.

I am very blessed that since birth my mom had taught me to be myself because she believe that everyone is unique and we can create our own path and fitting in with others doesn’t make us as a leader. I had never felt that I wasn’t good enough although academic wise I’m just average but for my CCA, I’m always taking up leadership role like the QM then the student leader and the Senior Drum Major in our school band. In army, I was posted to the commando unit and I gave my all to become a sergeant to lead my own platoon. Shortly after that, I was chosen as the Commanding Officer’s runner aka Personal Assistant where I worked alongside with officers while serving my CO. I’m always different from my peers and that’s why when we gather for dinner after 25 years of friendship. 3 of them are still working for people while I have been in biz for 7 years. I don’t mind being the odd one out because I am loving the things I do and it is what drives me every single day compared to my friends who hated or dislike their job, complaining everyday about their work, their lives and the people they work with everyday. They stayed because it pay their dues. It is not wrong working for others but complaining about it won’t bring you happiness

Tell me about it. I had to be quietly curious because I was told I asked too many questions. I think now as an adult I’m making up for lost time
