Support LGBTQ+ Professionals Beyond June

LGBTQ+ Creators LinkedIn is spotlighting during Pride Month.

Join us this Pride month as we celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and champion a world where all professionals are welcome to be who they are—year-round. We’re shining a spotlight on?Lilly Contino ,?Russ Finkelstein ,?Miller ,?Kat Fergerson ,?Dr. A.C. Fowlkes ,?Emil Wilbekin ?and?Jezz Chung ?who discuss issues ranging from paid family leave for LGBTQ+ families to coming out at work. Follow along as they share their unique stories, experiences, and perspectives to spark conversation and encourage action beyond the month of June.

We’re also hosting two special LinkedIn Live events this month. The first will be on Wednesday, June 15 at 11am PT with NYU Professor?Kenji Yoshino ?and acclaimed design guru?Debbie Millman ?as they discuss how to cultivate?Inclusive Workplaces Beyond Pride Month . Creator Accelerator Program Expands

Upon returning to the office for the first time since March 2020,?Leo D. Curran ?(He/They) shared about their medical transition and the anxieties that emerged around bringing their trans identity to the workplace. In a reflective post,?Leo writes , “My colleagues have adjusted to the name and pronoun change and the lower voice, even the advocacy for trans folks, but it’s another thing to share physical space…I am grateful for that joy and acceptance, even if the underlying anxieties are true. Wishing everyone traipsing back to an office a return that feels safe and more joyful than not.”
