Career Action Items:

  1. Set Clear Q2 Goals: Define specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals for your career this quarter.
  2. Update Your Resume: Refresh your resume with any new skills, experiences, or accomplishments since the last update.
  3. Network Strategically: Identify key individuals in your industry or field and plan to connect with them, either virtually or in person.

Health Action Items:

  1. Establish a Workout Routine: Schedule regular exercise into your week, whether it's gym sessions, team sports, or outdoor activities.
  2. Mind Your Nutrition: Plan healthy meals and snacks to fuel your body and mind throughout the day.
