This week marks HBA Staff Appreciation Week, a time to recognize and celebrate the hard work and dedication of Local Executive Officers across the state. TAB is incredibly thankful for the invaluable contributions of these leaders who work tirelessly to support their local associations, build strong communities, and help our industry grow. ?? Meet Sydney Cable in Temple! ??
Sydney is a proud Marine Corps veteran with an impressive academic background, holding a BS in Business Management and an MBA in Project Management. She’s passionate about creating her own processes and enjoys environments where she can lead.
A fierce hockey fan and a loving mom of two, Sydney’s proud of her journey and her kids’. She loves meeting new people, fostering a sense of community, and providing enjoyable experiences for others. When she’s not busy, you’ll find her playing tennis, reading, painting, or cheering on her favorite hockey team.

?? Spotlight on Alycia Kasperitis from Corpus Christi, TX! ??
Meet Alycia, a dynamic professional with a passion for both creativity and business. She holds a Bachelor's in Sports, Entertainment, and Event Management (with a minor in Communications) and an MBA with a focus on Non-profits from Johnson & Wales University. Alycia thrives in her diverse role, balancing marketing and event creativity with the more business-focused aspects of her work.
She’s a dedicated pet parent to three cats (Ember, Pippa, and Cleo) and a dog named Slim, and enjoys running, reading, art, adventures and sipping on coffee.

?? Meet Taylor Jackson in Austin! ??

A proud Texan, Taylor earned her Bachelor's from Texas A&M (Whoop!) and went on to complete her grad studies at UT's LBJ School of Public Policy. She’s a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and Certified Association Executive (CAE) with a Master of Public Affairs.
Taylor is a self-proclaimed "collector of hobbies"—if it's crafty, she's probably tried it! Her favorite snacks? Wheat Thins and Diet Coke. She's passionate about seeing ideas come to life and believes in consistent engagement and true innovation.
When she’s not working on new projects or engaging with the community, Taylor enjoys spending time with her kitty, Kitty Big Foot. She’s also an avid treasure hunter, re-upholstering and refurbishing finds from estate sales.

Meet JT Laramore from the Texas Panhandle!
Since 2020, JT has been with the Texas Panhandle Builders Association (TPBA). With a BBA, an MBA in Management & Marketing, and a Texas Broker’s License, JT is driven by passion and purpose, committed to lifelong learning and impactful service.
A fan of tea and all things sweet (especially sour candy!), JT enjoys events like golf and clay shoots, and he’s always ready to capture moments through photography. When he’s not connecting with fellow members, he’s spending time with his Corgi/Australian Shepherd mix or appreciating the beauty of the mountains.
