Kicking Off 2025 in the UAE: A Journey of Partnerships, Innovation, and Total Experience

As HCLSoftware’s Total Experience GTM Leader, I firmly believe that the foundation of a successful year is built on strong relationships, meaningful engagements, and a shared vision for the future. My recent visit to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, my first trip of 2025, exemplified this approach. The energy, innovation, and opportunities I experienced have left me inspired and optimistic for the year ahead.

Building on Strategic Partnerships ??

One of the key highlights of this trip was the opportunity to strengthen our relationships with strategic partners:

• Deloitte: Our discussions revolved around key TX initiatives and technology enablement for strategic accounts. The alignment of our goals and their expertise in consulting set the stage for impactful collaborations.
• Gulf Business Machines (GBM): As one of our longest-standing partners, GBM continues to play a critical role in delivering TX solutions. Our conversations centered around deeper collaboration and industry-specific initiatives.

• CNS: The potential here is undeniable. We explored opportunities to expand our relationship and tackle challenges in key markets together, focussed on digital innovation.
• Raqmiyat & Alphadata: While brief, my engagements with these partners struck a positive chord, and I’m optimistic about the road ahead.

Meaningful Customer Engagements ??

Our customers remain at the heart of everything we do, and this trip was no exception.

• At RTA Dubai, we had a constructive dialogue on how to maximize their investments with HCLSoftware, focusing on delivering seamless, citizen-centric experiences.
• At Emirates Transport, it was encouraging to see their project milestones on track. We also discussed a future service-oriented approach that aligns with the UAE’s vision for its citizens.
• One of the most fulfilling moments was meeting with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, a long-time strategic customer. Our discussions highlighted their continued trust in us and how we can collectively drive value and innovation in the region.

A Team Effort to Remember ??

This trip was particularly special because it marked the first time we had such a large Total Experience team in Dubai. Sanghamitra Saikia , Sumitha Narayan , Faisal Farooqui , Rai Ankit Ray , Douglas Arruda , Tafseer Ahmad and Mo Zouine brought energy, passion, and fresh ideas to every discussion.

Our team dinner was not just a moment to celebrate our successes but also an opportunity to connect on a personal level, building the bonds that will drive our collective success in 2025. ?????

The UAE: A Land of Vision and Possibilities ??

Dubai’s futuristic skyline is not just a marvel of architecture but a testament to the vision of its leadership. The city’s relentless focus on innovation, technology, and sustainability is something I deeply admire and resonates perfectly with our Total Experience (TX) philosophy. The Royal Family’s ambition to transform Dubai into a global hub for technology and innovation is evident everywhere—from its state-of-the-art infrastructure to its thriving business ecosystem.

Abu Dhabi, on the other hand, offers a unique blend of tradition and progress. Its leadership in areas like AI, sustainable energy, and urban mobility is shaping not just the UAE’s future but setting benchmarks globally. The city’s ability to harmonize heritage with forward-thinking initiatives creates an environment where meaningful innovation flourishes.

Looking Ahead ??

The UAE’s vision for the future is both ambitious and inspiring, and I’m proud that HCLSoftware is playing a key role in shaping this journey.
