Kicking Off 2025 with Collaboration and Wellness!

2025 is off to a snowy (at least here at HQ ????) start!

From an amazing collaboration that took place at our HQ to hosting wellness events for our Beasts, we’re starting the year fresh and strong!

?? What a month for collaboration and innovation at Beast Code HQ! ??

Last week, we hosted a large event at Beast Code HQ to bring together teams and partners for a project-focused gathering where we celebrated our accomplishments from 2024, identified areas for growth, and, of course, enjoyed great food, good times, and a bit of user testing magic!

With so many brilliant minds in one place, we took the opportunity to demo Beast Core to anyone curious about how it works. Designers and developers were on hand to run people through the experience, answer questions, and showcase the incredible potential of our product.

The best part? Beast Core isn’t just a one-size-fits-all solution. It’s fully customizable to meet the unique needs of your organization. That’s why discussions and iteration are at the heart of everything we do—they drive innovation and ensure we deliver real, impactful results.

Discipline is the quiet force behind success—it’s not about grand gestures, but about showing up every day and refining the process. In 2024, we made significant changes: modified how we're organized, added new leaders, scaled teams, built dashboards, and iterated on metrics. The strategy for 2025 is runtime. It’s one thing to make a change, but it’s discipline that turns those changes into a long-term impact. By committing to consistent action and sticking with it, we unlock 1% improvements that compound into 10x gains. With a little focused time, we’ll measure how last year’s efforts can catapult Beast Code to set a new standard of what we’re capable of. ??

In January, Beast Code prioritized wellness with several exciting events! ?? We hosted two functional fitness classes, two yoga sessions, and kicked off every Monday morning with group meditation. It was such a joy to bring our team together and ensure that even our remote employees could join in on the fun. Here's to starting the year strong—mind, body, and spirit! One team - one Beast!
