Kicking Off 2025 with a Bang!

January arrived, bringing foggy days in Gurgaon that felt like living in a Snapchat filter—permanently. But while coming to the office today, I realised we moved from hazy mornings to slightly less chilling (far more tolerable) and sunny winter days. Speaking from a window seat perspective??.?

The first month of the year is like a blank notebook you’re excited to write in until you realize you don’t know where to start. You might just doodle on the first page while pondering how to kickstart the year. Well, what’s better than doing it together? Our January town hall was an insightful dive into the opportunities of 2025. Together, we can embrace the new year with enthusiasm! Our team also mapped out our 2025 goals in the vision board activity that ranged from super relatable—like sleeping more (an underrated dream, honestly)—to big and ambitious, like buying a car or saving money. It’s exciting to see those goals transform into milestones as we check them off. Here’s to a year of big dreams and achievements!?

This month was carrying a lot of festivals - Pongal, Lohri, Sankranti, and Republic Day (not letting us recover from festive vibes) and naturally, we refused to let go the celebrations. We began our festivities by swapping stories with our Latam team about the colourful ways we celebrate harvest festivals across India – from flying kites that sometimes crash-land on neighbours' roofs to munching on food so good that everyone's new year resolutions of the healthy diet went on a vacation. ?

On Republic Day, we decorated the office in tricolour, and the energy matched the spirit! It brought out the movie buffs in all of us with a patriotic Bollywood quiz. From identifying iconic slogans to guessing movies based on just a few hints. Bonus points to those who recreated famous scenes with full Bollywood drama! If patriotism had a playlist, we definitely nailed it. ?

Annual survey rolled out to collect employee feedback, our HR team tricked us into sharing amazing responses. Well played, HR team...Well played. But honestly who knew it would be so fun to take a survey and assured us the coming months will be much more fun. Speaking of next month, it’s a big one, our 13th Birthday! ?? (You remembered that, right? ??)?
