Kick-Off for African Innovation

Kick Off for the African module of the “Global Innovation Expert” program, June 13, 2017, 4pm to 6pm in the City Center of Vienna.

Motivation

Africa’s Innovation will be a major driver for global innovations in the next decades. Innovation ecosystems in some African countries are already surpassing Western countries in their consumer orientation and market success. For the first time in modern history, a world market leader in a globally relevant technological field comes from Africa (mobile money).

Discussion on Innovation in Africa

Join us on June 13 in Vienna for a discussion on Silicon Savannah: Start-Ups, Innovation and new business opportunities in Africa. The ambassador of Kenya in Austria will join us and we will be hosted by the Honorary Consul of Mozambique. Admission is free but seats are limited to 30 participants, so let us now your interests, first come, first serve. Interested persons for the “Global Innovation Expert” program in October (more information: www.innovationorbit.com) will be prioritised. After the discussion there will be the opportunity for a tasting of African wines.
