How much authentic, inspiring and energising is your #KICK ???

Though most of us work for #money irrespective of whether we like the work or not. But the ideal combo is great 3R = #Role + #Respect + #Remuneration. That's my perspective and I am very lucky to have it all. Thank God ??

Why am I working? Well, the answers vary from person to person at different stages and ages of life. What excited me as a #fresher may not excite after few years of experience..in 30s 40s 50s 60s the things are different. Some day fame was stimulant then some day #anonymous contributory work for noble cause takes the lead. Right? And the best work, service is NOT doing as a doer but just be an instrument... #nimitmatra. Not mine but #Thine will be done. Period !

If the kick is #superficial , #temporary and you can't live your entire #life with same #enthu then it's a #fake kick. Isn't it? When #work becomes #worship...one need not to look for #Stress busters on daily basis. Once in a while to unwind with friends is absolutely fine (y).

If I am truly interested in my work and live moment to moment then why will i #run away from it on daily basis to chill out in the evenings? Then I am an #escapist, surely my work doesn't #excite me...am just passing time. But if I am unwinding with music, health clubs, biking, blogging or any other hobby development then it's different ball game altogether which is #complementaryto our work.

Usually I hear from people that if the role is good then the org or boss may not be #supportive and if they are supportive then the #paycheck or location may not be motivating enough. Often it gets #emotionally #intellectualized by the logic which indeed is an #oblivion!

Where to find the Kick? Definitely it's not following like a #sheep or herd mentality. It's living what you love to do. Example, gone the days of respecting only the #hard working #ants and cursing the fun loving grasshopper. Today there are umpteen #platforms and roles where one can earn great the 3R - Role, Respect, Remuneration.

World needs all kinds of roles...the teachers, technicians; doctors, drivers; managers, musicians etc etc. You have to choose ! If you love to be a #musician then so be it. If you love being #social #entrepreneur then so be it. If you love to be a #soldier then so be it. And if you love to be a #politician then so be it. #Gratitude ??
