Today is the beginning of Maori Language Week 2018. This year was also special because I finally got the courage to learn a new language , te Reo Maori. Every Wednesday evening a bunch of us from my work, including one of my General Managers spend time with two amazing instructors learning the basics of the Maori language as well as Tikanga Maori. It is a journey and we are happy to make the small steps towards the use of this unique language, Kia Kaha te Reo Maori.
