1. SEC Commissioner Lizarraga's Comments At DOMINO 23
I greatly admire Bob Zukis 's efforts and his commitment to make all directors?better digital and cybersecurity directors to shape and secure the digital future.

In addition to public disclosure of material cybersecurity incidents on Form 8-K, updated disclosures on Forms 10-Q and 10-K, and disclosure regarding policies and procedures, the proposal would require disclosure of management’s role in governing those risks. -Jaime Lizarraga, Security Exchange Commission Commisioner
?The SEC's New rule requires disclosure of cybersecurity expertise on public company's board of directors.

Spending time with him taught me valuable life lessons. Secretary of the Navy John Dalton led the Navy and the Marine Corps through one of the most challenging periods of modern times.

1 年Thank you for the fantastic summary of SEC Commissioner Lizarraga's comments at #DOMINO23 Khwaja Shaik As you stated, it's a moral imperative. One that is the responsibility of the #IT and #cybersecurity industries to strengthen the corporate boardroom as a critical control in digital and cybersecurity oversight. As someone stated at #DOMINO23, there is no cavalry coming. The IT and cybersecurity industries have the responsibility to support and develop corporate boards and governance on these issues, as we've created the tools for these business opportunities and risks to emerge. Digital Directors Network has created a platform for the industry to rally from. The leaders and leading firms at #DOMINO23 such as Proofpoint White & Case LLP Kudelski Security X-Analytics (SSIC) Telos Corporation TDI (Tetrad Digital Integrity) Corporate Board Member IDC have stepped up. But the industry needs to do more, a lot more. Hope to see you at #DOMINO24 or before. Fay Feeney #corpgov

X-Analytics (SSIC)
Our economic growth requires all boardrooms to upskill on digital and cybersecurity. #Domino23 gave CISOs and directors a space to shape and secure the digital future. Thanks for the recap and your leadership. Much appreciated.
