#KharabChaie Vs #QualityChaie

#KharabChaie Vs #QualityChaie

Indian railways are more than just the modes of commutation. They hold a lot of cultural value as they make us journey through different communities, locals, religions and customs. They offer you with some of the best scenic rail tracks and to add to that offer you with great flavours pertaining to the state that you cover. Today, we shall explore such railway stations in India that offer you with the best samples of food you must have ever come across. What can be a better way to spend your time than to have steaming hot samosas, vadapav or chole bhaturas at some of these stations?

Aloo Tikki At Tundla Station (Although Tundla is a small station where the train stops just for 10 minutes but you should quickly grab its famous Aloo Tikki. That steaming hot Tikki shall de?nitely lift your spirit for further journey.)

Rabri At Abu Road Station (This milk based dessert shall de?nitely sweeten your mouth with its delectable texture. Rabri at Abu Road station is so famous that people come here specially to have it even if they do not have any journey. For just 20 rupees you get the best of melting Rabri in your mouth.)

Poha At Ratlam Station (Jab we met-movie has brought Ratlam into limelight; however, the station has been much famous for its Poha that is served with sev and raw onions.)

Chole Bhaturas At Jalandhar Station (Serving authentic Punjabi cuisine, the Jalandhar station is famous for its lip smacking chole bhaturas. Do take care of overeating though)

Kozhikode Halva At Calicut Station (Kozhikode halva has become legendary. The best form to procure is to get on to the Calicut station that serves this halva in its authentic form. Have it along with banana chips!)

Dum Aloo At Kharagpur Junction (Try the delectable Dum Aloo at Kharagpur Station. They are spicy, full of rich gravy and leave you gasping for more. Might be bit calorie ridden though but then, who cares!)

These above are fine, but when you are coming on the Concept of Chaie (Tea) in Indian Railway. They will embarrass you and broke your heart if you are Chaie loving Guys. If you always make Chaie with you own then you surely died.

The Problem faced by almost all of us while travelling in the Indian Railways is the poor quality of Chaie (Tea) served. So, if the #KharabChaie served to you in the train, don’t worry everyone is sailing in the same boat.

“The Quality of Chaie Served while travelling for a long distance is a major issue that is yet to be resolved by the Indian Government.”

In most train, the quality of Chaie is very Low and are considered Sub-Standard. The Chaie which is served to us is unhealthy and these IRCTC Chaie do not Refresh us after taking Several Cups. This problem is faced all over the Nation, especially in the General and Sleeper class section of the train where environment is very unhygienic. The Problem has not been looked into even after several complaints have been made to the Railway Department. Railways are still under the misconception that the availability of food is a problem while the actual menace is in Quality.

I heard from many people that, “Indian Chaie is very famous in the World” and even I heard that, “India ke Daftaro mien Chaie ke Bharose hi kaam hote hai!!” That’s really true with my kind knowledge and visiting in the different Offices. But, these IRCTC catering make us foolish on the name of Indian Chaie. That’s not an Indian Chaie which IRCTC served.

Indian Chaie is look like, Chai from a clay cup- that raw, a stringent taste of earth, mixed with gingery-sweet- milky tea – is the taste of India. An Indian Chaie Adventure would be incomplete without experience of Sipping Chaie at an open-air Chaie Stall.

Reason of Poor Quality Chaie (#KharabChaie)

Catering services are usually outsourced; quality check has not been done regularly.

Contracts are usually taken by small time vendors who want to earn more money than serve quality food during contract period.

No background checks are done while choosing vendors

There is no sense of responsibility as they focus on earning more prots than serving their duties.

Railway Minister, Suresh Prabhu is not take it Personally after Passenger Twitted multiple times in a Day(I personally twitted him more than 20 times In a day)

No Dream will take any Action, even they drink the same #KharabChaie

IRCTC Chaie Vs Local Chaie

Most of you are thinking that why I am writing these things. What Happens from the last one month, I regularly travelling to Kolkata for my classes twice in a week via Janshatabdi Express. The departure time of this train is 6 a.m. in the morning from Patna and 2 p.m. from Howrah. Between these two stations, it’s takes at least 8 hours to reach. We always travel hungry because we left home at 4 a.m.  And never takes meal in the train due to poor quality of Food served by Indian Railway at High Price.

So, I always take Chaie outside from the Station at Rs. 6 per cup which really awesome and I always ready to pay them Rs. 20 for each cup. I simply said them, “Why you are selling the same good quality Chaie at just Rs. 6”.Then, they simple reply me that,” Sir, WO Prabhu ji ki Chaie h, thoda sasta aura acha toh rahega!”

I always take Chaie for the Refreshment but they can’t refresh me due to their low Quality of Chaie. If u are travelling through Gaya then, Normal Vendor sell Good Quality Chaie at just Rs. 6 while IRCTC sell #KharabChaie at Rs.10. I don’t know why and how they charged high price at low quality. Even, I am angry on Railway Minister, How they gave the permission to them to sell the Chaie.

I requested all of you to help me to bring some changes by filling this form
