Vacancy- Financial Recruitment Consultant (full-time)

Currently our primary focus is mortgages, bridging finance, development finance, secured loans and asset finance etc, although we also have dealt with the insurance and IFA markets previously.

It is due to this company growth that we are looking to build our team, and finding the right people is imperative to us. In return for a dedicated service, we offer a hybrid working from home/ office set up, lead generation, a generous basic salary, uncapped commission, and a positive working culture. You will join a dedicated team, managing client accounts, with the assistance of a team of Resourcers. You will report into the Sales Director, who will assist you in honing your sales skills to gain the best results.

You will be speaking with existing and new clients in regards to permanent vacancies, across the UK, establishing and building relationships that are founded on trust and good ethics. We aren't the type of agency that churns candidates, so every placement is done with the right intentions. Every call is important, and we would rather you did fewer meaningful calls than 100+ quick cold calls.

About you:

• You will have at least 18-months experience in recruitment, preferably in the lending/ banking/ insurance/ legal sectors. You will be dynamic, yet humble; driven, yet personable; dedicated and organised.
• The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a clear working history of working to targets and you will be motivated by uncapped earnings.
• You will have a natural flair for making new connections with ease, both over the telephone and face-to face
• If you manage an area within financial services that isn't being handled at KFS then the door is open for you to come on board and build your empire, as you would like to build it.
• You will enjoy meeting people and will attend a minimum of six industry events/ expos/ award ceremonies per year. There will be occasional travel and it is imperative that you drive and own your own car.
• It would be beneficial if you are able to demonstrate client rapport, through recommendations or online compliments from candidates and clients.
• Experience of using social media, such as LinkedIn and Instagram is key, and knowledge of recruitment-specific software, such as Bullhorn, is a bonus.
• Bonus- it would be a bonus if you have clients that you can work with in the future (we understand that you may have six months to wait before you can contact them, and we can assist you in that period)

Remuneration

There will be a competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission, which is paid monthly.

Hours: Monday- Thursday- 9am- 5:30pm and Friday 9am-4pm (with flexibility of starting slightly earlier or later)
