With another Nisbets LIVE Catering Equipment Expo just around the corner, we are pleased to announce our fantastic lineup of keynote speakers who will be joining us at the National Catering Equipment Centre this April.
Addressing key topics in the hospitality industry today, from retaining labour, to sustainable menus and energy saving technologies, show attendees will get a front row seat to these insightful discussions.

Nick Summers | Managing Director | The Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS)
NCASS are the only specialist organisation for independent food & drink businesses in the UK and have been supporting their members to be safe, legal and profitable for over 30 years. Listen in to this keynote session to hear how NCASS can help with retaining talent within the hospitality industry.
Paul Holloway | Managing Director | UK Engineers
Cornwall-based UK Engineers' tech platform connects hospitality businesses with a network of over 500 contactors to service gas, electrical and refrigeration catering equipment. Paul spearheads the movement on linking real-time catering equipment data with preventative maintenance, to keep kitchens across the UK in top working order.
Josh Eggleton | Michelin Star Chef | Pony Restaurant Group
Michelin-star chef Josh Eggleton offers locally sourced, environmentally sustainable and enjoyable dining experiences for everyone. His country-inn has won numerous industry awards, including holding 1 Michelin star for a staggering ten years, and being ranked 2nd in the Estrella Gastropub awards. Josh has plenty more up his sleeve too!
Adrian Kirikmaa | Food Development Manager | St. Monica Trust
Adrian champions cooking with the local community to reach those parts of Bristol that need support with food education. He is also Co-founder of the School of Food, alongside Josh Eggleton, and actively involved with multiple local charities.
Nathan Booth | Head Chef | Panoramic 34, Liverpool
Nathan is head chef at Liverpool’s towering Panoramic 34 restaurant with his menus paying tribute to the British larder. Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Semi-Finalist and contestant on last years MasterChef: The Professionals.

Tim Redcliffe | Programme Manager Net Zero Food | NHS England
Bringing thirty years of corporate, military, hospitality and restaurant ownership experience to the NHS, Tim’s approach is that every patient deserves to eat restaurant-quality meals. Tim joined NHSE as Net Zero Food Programme Manager in August 2022.
