“As a former HR practitioner turned workplace transformation strategist, I know how overwhelming the start of a new year can feel. I’ll never forget one January when I stared at a mountain of priorities — compliance updates, workforce planning and employee engagement goals — all while trying to keep my team motivated and inspired. Sound familiar? If I were in your shoes today, heading into 2025, I’d be focusing on three key things: harnessing the potential of AI responsibly, doubling down on employee experience and staying agile in the face of constant change.” - Dr. Chris Mullen

1 个月I would never recommend ADP for small businesses. They have multiple layered fees. If you are not careful, you will find yourself canceling only one layer. Then you have to deal with ADP Marketplace. They have little to no customer service, which is sad because ADP corporate has very good customer service. Not sure how they are connected but it’s a tough circular argument with this company if you don’t realize how they are structured. And most small businesses don’t.
