New Features Available in the GoFormz Platform

Workflow Ease of Use Updates

We’ve made UI and functionality updates that improve the experience of creating and managing workflows in the GoFormz app. These updates include: adding drag-and-drop steps within your workflow, improving the scrolling on the left panel of the Workflow Editor, adding a step in between existing steps, and improvements in responsiveness and accessibility of the Workflow Editor.

Trigger Workflows

Workflows can now be triggered by a single template, all templates, or a selected group of templates. This enhancement allows users to utilize a single workflow to manage multiple templates, eliminating the need to create multiple workflows that perform the same functions.

Workflow Required Field Notifications

Users now have access to the same required field notification within the Workflow Editor. This feature displays a list of the required fields that must be completed before publishing the workflow, making it easier to identify any unfinished areas that need attention in order to successfully publish.

The Audio Field

Users can now add an Audio field to their digital form templates to record and save audio clips within their digital forms. This feature facilitates capturing voice memos during site inspections or describing incidents verbally, eliminating the need for manual typing. This feature is available across all paid subscription tiers.

User Management and Permissions

Admins will now benefit from an updated interface for managing users and subgroups. This update includes new features such as bulk deactivating, reactivating, and sending password resets to users, bulk adding users through CSV uploads, sending individual password resets, and more.


Upcoming Features

Mobile Notification Improvements

Improvements to mobile notifications will allow users to receive mobile notifications whenever a form is transferred. This aims to enhance collaboration and streamline the data collection process, without the need for inbox monitoring.

Improvements to Online Form Sharing?

We're revamping the process for generating and distributing publicly shareable links for individual forms or multi-use templates. You'll have the option to choose which fields are editable by the end user (e.g. sharing a form to collect an eSignature).

User List Database

Easily utilize your user lists within templates and add them to database fields. Users can now include up to ten attributes of metadata per user and automatically populate that information on forms, pulling from data already being captured.

Advanced Page Elements

We're enhancing our Page Elements feature to include Table and Checkbox elements, which users can now add to the background of their Form View in the Template Editor. This update offers greater customization options for digital form templates and simplifies the process of building forms from scratch.
