The Real Seeker's Journey: Two factors that frequently impede our progress on the spiritual path are the past and the future. ??

The Past is already written; it's a recollection. Although it still has value, it no longer defines who we are. Relating to it restricts us to our past selves rather than our potential selves. ??

The Future is uncertain, but we frequently let our fears to control our present. However, how can we feel worried about something that hasn't even happened yet?        

Actual spiritual development occurs when we let go of these delusions.        

Peace can be found in NOW, the only real moment, when we let go of the past and worry about the future.
