Key Points to Consider for Defining Brand Communication

Here are a few ideas I picked up while working on Brand Communication with Kraftshala. Discovering new concepts and being exposed to branding tactics was an incredible adventure; here are a few of my favorites:

Competitive Landscape: It is concerned with an in-depth analysis of competitors, including their functional and emotional benefits. The entire research gives us an idea of where we might project our brand and what benefits we should highlight.

Segmentation and Targeting: After identifying our brand opportunity, the next step is to identify our target audience. It has been difficult for me to grasp the importance of targeting them based on their wants and desires.

Super Consumer Dive: The idea of going out into the community and asking people what they know about our brand, how they feel about the product, and when they use our category items hit me square in the face. It is always about what the consumer requires and why, not about our theoretical reasoning.

Communication Challenges: The following were the three most important aspects of communication that should be considered:

  • Barrier: Find out what is the barrier are faced by the end consumer by taking the survey or interview of the target audience
  • Desired: Identify the pain points and what customer is needed to solve
  • Communication: This bridges the gap between the barrier and desired
