120 ml of crushed graham crackers?
80 ml of cane sugar?
4 tablespoons of unsalted melted butter?
Filling?
800g of sweetened condensed milk?
250 ml of white Greek yogurt?
a tablespoon of grated lime zest?
150 ml of fresh lime juice?
Topping?
400 ml of cold whipped cream?
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar?
a teaspoon of grated lime peel?
8 to 10 thin slices of lime?

Preheat the oven to 190°C and set the oven rack to the middle position.?
Mix crushed cookies, brown sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the resulting mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the round baking dish. The thickness of the crust should be about 0.5 cm.?
Bake for 10 minutes until the crust is lightly browned, then let the crust cool.?
Filling
Reduce the oven temperature to 180°C. In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, yogurt, lime zest, and lime juice. Pour the thick mixture onto the prepared crust and bake for 20 minutes until the filling is almost set. After removing the cake from the oven, let it cool, then place it in the refrigerator to chill.
Topping?
Whip the heavy cream in a bowl. Add sugar and beat again. Spread the resulting whipped cream on top of the cake. Garnish with lime zest and lime slices and refrigerate.?
