The single thing picked out most was a supportive culture at 26.4%, in ENI’s experience this includes things like:?

  1. Having open conversation and clear DE&I policies.
  2. A culture that takes into account the employee as a whole, with interests and commitments beyond work.
  3. Clear training and development paths.
  4. An emphasis on strong people management ‘a strong reputation for staff’.
  5. Listen to feedback from employees, allowing all to contribute ideas. “Organisational culture – employees that are happy and feel listened to”.

The Evolution of Insight: Navigating the Changing Landscape of the Insight Profession

ENI are looking to speak with senior leaders in Insight as part of an up-coming study. The primary goal is to facilitate conversations and networking among senior leaders and like-minded individuals. We aim to create a channel where experiences, expertise, and support can be shared, helping each other navigate through the challenges and hurdles that may lie ahead.

We also plan on hosting a webinar/event in the summer, providing an opportunity for senior leaders to engage in deeper discussions on various topics. This webinar will feature a panel discussion moderated by Liz Norman, offering valuable insights.
