Could I suggest something? Would it be possible to create "workshops" after each 5 day challenge, where groups of people would critique one another's resumes? I would say my biggest challenge as someone who works with others on career strategy is this: The lack of feedback on their resume. Everyone thinks they write a great resume--which is a good thing. But, they don't have validation or feedback from others, and the "others" is how the recruiting process works.
