In my opinion the key components of a modern QMS is QA culture in sync with reality, technology and correct interpretation of regulations. QMS needs a total make over with Data Driven AI. Incorporating AI into QMS can significantly enhance its effectiveness. For instance, predictive analytics can identify potential quality issues before they occur, allowing for proactive measures.
