This article was wonderful and reminded me of a continuing education class I once attended. The volunteer was really struggling with a decision and the coach asked her "What if you were not struggling with a decision but one was already made. What would that look and feel like? " The energy shifted immediately ! Many of my clients find empowerment in saying "I just don't do that anymore" in regards to habits they have given up that no longer serve them. Thanks for the thought provoking content.
