Microsoft has announces few key updates on Azure Virtual Desktop solution in January. These updates contribute to greater enhancements in the solution.
So what's changed:
FSLogix version 2021 is now in public preview ( here's a link to my article about the details https://www.dhirubhai.net/pulse/fslogix-2201-public-preview-now-available-what-expect-saeed-nouri/ )
AVD Classic migration tool. If you're still running AVD in classic deployment ( why haven't you migrated yet !? ) and you've been thinking of manual transition to ARM, here's the good news ! you can do it automatically now. check this link for the process: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/automatic-migration
Increased application group limit. The number of Azure Virtual Desktop application groups you can have on each Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) tenant from 200 to 500. ref: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/manage-app-groups
Updates to required URLs. if you're whitelisting the AVD addresses in your environment, you'd need to add another URL to the list. The new required URL is:
*.prod.warm.ingest.monitor.core.windows.net
