Hello! I'm so glad you have joined the Daily Intention newsletter community.
Through this newsletter, I will share ideas, resources, and tips to help you stay consistent, motivated, and intentional in working toward your goals each day.
My hope is that these newsletters provide value and inspiration as you pursue your dreams.
In This Issue:
The Power of Consistency
Consistency is so important if you want to achieve your biggest goals. It's easy to start out motivated, but seeing things through day after day, even when you don't feel like it, is what really matters.
Remember that your daily actions will compound over time to create big results.
Staying consistent with even small steps forward will change your life.
Don't get discouraged by the big picture - just focus on making progress today.
Overcoming Excuses
We all have excuses and reasons to put things off or skip our daily habits: lack of time, bad weather, interruptions, etc.
But overcoming excuses is crucial to staying consistent.
When you feel an excuse coming on, pause and reflect. Are you selling yourself short by rationalizing your actions?

Setting a Daily Intention
One way to stay focused is to set a daily intention - a purposeful statement about how you want to show up each day.
This focuses your mindset and reminds you of what matters most.
Some examples: "I intend to give my full effort and stay positive today." "I intend to be patient with myself and others today." Write a daily intention that resonates with you and recite it in the morning.
