Key Account Manager/Trainer – London and SE - Marco Beverage Systems

Reporting to: UK Sales Director

Roles and Responsibilities:

Main Tasks

  • Responsible for promoting and selling Marco Beverage Systems’ products and services to Key customers in the London and SE area.
  • To reach or exceed the business targets set through effective management of the existing database and by developing new opportunities through promotional activity and educational training programmes.?
  • Continually maintain a professional image of the company with integrity, passion and in-person contact.


Key Tasks

  1. To maintain and grow existing distributor database across the coffee, catering & water sectors.
  2. To open new accounts in the London area in line with Marco trading terms.
  3. To effectively manage a call schedule to adequately cover sales territory
  4. To compile and maintain accurate records:
  5. Annual sales budgets
  6. Weekly sales call reports – Calendar/Outlook
  7. Monthly expenses
  8. Pipedrive - Strategic and Pipeline
  9. Actively promote Marco products to the coffee sector, the catering industry and water sectors.
  10. Monitor market conditions, product innovations and competitors’ products, prices, and sales.

  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work unsupervised & to use their own initiative
