As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive our business expansion in the EMEA region. This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for fostering strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and collaborating closely with ServiceNow teams and enterprise clients.


You’re Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Growth: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for ServiceNow solutions across enterprises in the EMEA.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Operations leaders).
  • Consultative Selling: Tailor the ServiceNow value proposition to enterprise customers by understanding their specific business needs, challenges, and IT roadmaps.
  • Strategic GTM Initiatives: Work closely with ServiceNow’s EMEA sales and marketing teams to drive joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Account Expansion: Manage and expand existing customer relationships by identifying new opportunities and creating business growth strategies.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
  • Proposal & RFP Management: Lead bid teams in responding to RFPs and drive the end-to-end sales process.


What we’re looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the EMEA market, specifically in ServiceNow or enterprise SaaS/PaaS solutions.
  • Proven Track Record: Strong history of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals in the enterprise segment.
  • Strategic Selling: Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales for ITSM, GRC, IRM, ITOM, or ITAM solutions.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Strong understanding of ServiceNow’s ecosystem and prior collaboration with ServiceNow’s EMEA sales teams is a plus.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Network & Industry Insights: Existing network of C-level executives and IT leaders in regulated industries like finance, insurance, and healthcare is a plus.
